About our team...

We are a multidisciplinary team, with more than 80 years of accumulated experience in areas like finance, IT, Business Development, and Human Resources.

We see in Triple-Impact a foundational structure to take decisions: Human oriented+ Economical Growth + Eco-friendly.

We look to reduce hierarchical decisions to promote community participation. The basic structure in our teams would include:
-Instead of a CEO, a Product Owner, owns the dream and works with the team to find a business model that works for that project.
-Instead of a CFO, a Common Fund Owner controls the funds and manages the team to invest in the benefit of the whole community
-Instead of CMO, is the Community ambassador that represents the community's needs and expectations
-Instead of Operations, we develop our Governance Model, enabling producers to release accountable deliverables
-Instead of Quality Department, we include accountable services by design.

We see in local teams of professionals a more resilient, accountable, and scalable alternative to Gig Economy based on freelancers. We want to connect those freelancers to create local teams of similar mindset professionals or become part of existing teams.

We want to use technology to provide services for those local teams of specialized professionals and guide them on a maturity path to become DAOs or Digital Platform Cooperatives.

Similar to processing power where we need to identify the business needs to balance processing effort between the cloud and edge… we should offer flexibility to our teams to set their governance rules, take their decisions, set priorities, and share their data…

The best formulas would be reached with the time, after running hundreds of experiments, where collective wisdom and vigilance would be a major value…

But how looks a DAO in the Symbiosis ecosystem?

A team is a set of people with similar mindsets and values, passionated by common dreams, and with chemistry to inspire each other creating together something bigger than their isolated efforts. Each team member has their own dreams, and every one of those dreams could become a project for the whole team.

The team decides together how to prioritize those projects and how to spend their energy, attention, and time on those projects.

Any individual could join or release themselves from teams, according to their own interests. Their work and value-added to every one of those projects receives compensation, that could be received in cash or as tokens associated with the patrimony of that project (NFTs and Smart contracts).

Every project has a committee to take decisions regarding the project and if is required, a plebiscite including voting of their project community could be set in place. Any project community decides its DAOs rules (Voting system).
